We purchased our property through a wonderful experience with Penny at Century 21 on Duporth. Leigh, Liz & Sherrill in the rental division have been looking after our property since for the past 6 months or so while we rented it out. I cannot recommend this agency enough. They have respectfully taken on our property & have gone above & beyond to help us maintain it & ensure that it is being well looked after. I don't think that we would be renting our house out if not for the efficient staff at Century 21 as we bought it with the intention to use it. I own a number of properties managed by Century 21 on Duporth. They commenced management c. 2015 after they took over the properties from a retiring agency. I have had consistent tenancy over this time and communication about the properties has always been swift on the agencies behalf and allowed for prompt action on mine. Easy to follow itemised accounts are provided monthly with any invoices associated with repairs or inspections attached. They have recently re tenanted both properties with recommended tenants after both existing tenants broke their leases.
