I was updated on progress regularly and then told I had been successful. My overall experience through century 21 has been very satisfying. Whilst looking for a rental is very stressful and at times you can feel like you are at the bottom of the chain, Liz went over and above with all her helpful advice. I found it very easy to email her and ask questions - she always replies as soon as she can. She was very approachable and friendly. The team has also followed up to check in if there are any further enquires. Overall a great real estate with honest real people. :)
