Looking at rental properties had been a stressful and daunting experience for us. On this occasion, we visited a property leased out by Century 21. Liz greeted me and my family with a big smile, and asked where I was from. She also gave me hope, by encouraging me to put a lodgment in, even though many others had already lodged their forms before me. Liz called me and we also I exchanged emails and with regards to the rental application process, making sure I had the correct information and seeing where I was at etc. I felt guided through the whole process, and was ecstatic when I was the successful applicant. In the office, all staff were professional, friendly, down to earth and very approachable.
