From starting the leasing process right through to securing a tenant I couldn’t of asked for more from the team at Century 21. They worked with me to get some final works done on my property so it was ready to rent and kept me up to date with what the local rental market was doing and achieving. My property was leased after the first open for inspection and I was supplied with updates leading up to the inspection and following. The whole process was smooth and stress free ans I couldn’t be happier.

Samantha Murdoch was our property manager before she went on maternity leave and she was excellent to deal with. Sam was professional and dealt with any needs we had promptly, She looked after us the best she could and was very knowledgeable. ( we will miss her ) Lets hope our new property manager can match Sam's abilities if so Century 21 will be the best agent we have ever dealt with.

Just wanted to thank Aimee and the team for helping us find some great tenants for our property. Aimee went above and beyond in helping us, as we are overseas and were building a new house at the time. Aimee took care of all the liaise with our builder, completed our handover for the property and lastly found us tenants within 3 days of the property being ready. We highly recommend Aimee and the team and will be using them again for our next live in purchase or investment.

I have engaged Century 21 on Duporth to manage my property since 2017 and they have continued to be exceptional, year after year. They go the extra mile in every aspect of property management, from finding the right tenants to managing any maintenance issues. Communication is important to keep landlords in the know and Century 21 has been very effective in updating me with any issues pertaining to my property. In our most recent tenant changeover, Century 21's efforts have meant that we were able to find suitable tenants with no/minimal periods of vacancy at the property. I feel 100% assured that Century 21 will look after my investment. Thank you, Mel, Liz, Lotta, Elisa and team!

We were a little disappointed when our current tenant gave notice to vacate because they had been very good tenants. We needn't have worried because the team at Century 21 on Duporth quickly secured a new tenant at a much higher figure than we had expected. Seemless process throughout which we especially appreciated as we reside in a different state.
