You want your Property Managers to be professional, considerate & proactive - especially during moments of crisis... As a property owner of multiple dwellings interstate, I would love this team to be managing my portfolio - they all work so wonderfully together. I had the unique experience of also successfully applying for a rental property that became ‘unavailable’; due to extenuating circumstances. This team did everything they could to assist with a smooth transition into another rental agreement - thanks for that extra care, we noticed!

Dealing with stressful times trying to find a home is a thing of the past on the Sunshine Coast! Mel and her amazing team at Century 21 Maroochydore took us under their wing and delivered a perfect result. With kids needing to be in a school zone, exiting dates set from our previous home and a list a mile long of things that we needed Mel and Liz went to work and got the job done. The dates lined up, the kids are close to school and we now have a beautiful house that we are looking forward to making into a home. Could not ask for better service

Century 21 on Duporth has been our agent for a rental property for a number of years. The staff (Terri Lee and Liz) are fantastic - professional and responsive. Property inspections are done frequently and reports provided. I feel confident the property is being looked after. We recently had to get a new tenant and it was quick and easy. I could not recommend the agency more highly.
