Dealt well with nasty tenants, great communication with getting new tenants. Would recommend!

Everything went very smooth, very fast response, good support. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional agent.

Rohani has been managing our two properties since we changed from a different agent. Rohani has been absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She is an excellent communicator and is up front and down to earth. We have every confidence in her management of our property. Our only regret is not finding her sooner!

Finding a new place to rent was very easy. Communication via email was quick, and the responses came almost immediately. Once my application was lodged, everything went quickly, and I was able to move in just a week later. I can highly recommend the friendly agents at Century 21 on Duporth — they provide excellent service.

Finding a rental property is not an easy task. The staff were quick to respond to everything and really helpful to understand the application process. I will certainly be using the Company again. Special thanks to Aimee and Maraeka 😊

They were very efficient in finding tenants and helping me sort out what was required from me as a new landlord.

They have gone out of their way to make sure I have tenants and kept me in the know all the way.

I did not think that the team had a very good understanding of our expectations. Their communication was poor and their timeliness of actions was slow and required prompting. I would not recommend.

Maraeka who was the leasing agent kept in excellent communication with us throughout the leasing process. Nikita then took over after our approval of the lease. Issues which occurred on our entry have been dealt with promptly and other matters identified will be addressed in due course. We feel very confident in their management of our lease. Special recognition to Bonnie on reception who took my initial enquiry and guided me as to next steps. Very knowledgeable and a lovely person to have front of house. Most impressed also with Damian from Shine Plumbing and the handymen that C21 use.
