From the very start of our property journey the team at Century 21 On Duporth, Maroochydore have been amazing. The team is prompt and professional with extensive knowledge of the market which helped guide us through setting up for a smooth process in owning an investment property, from advice on high growth areas to consider (we did and picked up an amazing property that has had huge growth) through to recommendations on Landlords insurance, depreciation schedule and much more. We had the pleasure of having Rohani, as our property manager who has done an amazing job of every inspection and informing us of any queries our tenants had. Overall our experience has been professional, informative, and friendly. We Highly recommend the team here!

Aimee and the team are amazing! We wanted a property agent we could trust to meet our needs while we were out of town indefinitely. Aimee knew her stuff, took time to get to know us and our needs, and was always ready to answer any questions or concerns. The whole process felt transparent and supportive for us as landlords and, we believe, for our new tenant. The team are very familiar with our area in Birtinya and our apartment block. Ticked every box and we look forward to continue to work with them!

We presented the unit well and in a few days had the tenant signed. Vacated on the Friday morning, shown that afternoon, signed lease on the Monday and occupied by the next Friday. From showing to occupation in just seven days and at the rental we asked for.

We were overseas when we needed to appoint a new agent. Aimee took our calls outside of business hours and went above and beyond. She collected keys from encumberment agent, did a exit report, and found a new tenant in a very short period of time. We felt that she listened to us and had us a the forefront of decisions being made. We also found her knowledgeable and obviously very helpful. Thank you Aimee for taking the stress out of investment property management.
