This is the second time Aimee has helped with securing a tenant. Good communications and careful selection of prospective tenants with excellent vetting. Will be using again

As first-time landlords, we had a lot of questions about renting out our property. When we met Aimee at C21 we immediately knew we’d be in safe hands. Aimee is extremely knowledgeable – she was always able to answer our questions about the process and the rental market with confidence. She is also very generous with her time, for which we were very grateful.

This is the first time I have had to rent inside Australia and Aimee from Century21 on Duporth made it easy and hassle free. She was quick on communication, helped organised an inspection whilst we were in another state and was lovely to deal with. Would absolutely recommend working with Aimee, thanks for all your help!

We have been using Sherrill, Aimee, and the team at Century 21 for several years. We now have over twenty properties listed with them. We are very happy with how they have managed our growing portfolio. They provide excellent service. Inspection reports are done regularly and include photos and details of each room. Maintenance issues are reported and addressed quickly. Smoke alarms and necessary compliance issues are always handled properly. They are always polite and easy to talk to. Emails are answered promptly. Leases are up to date, with renewals and price increases given when necessary. They check references, filter and recommend appropriate tenants and handle and fill vacancies quickly. They are simply the best property management agents on the Sunshine Coast

We had an excellent experience with Sherrill Buhmann throughout the entire rental process. She was very attentive from the beginning, taking the time to explain every detail and always making herself available to answer our questions and offer support whenever needed. Thanks to her professionalism and dedication, everything went smoothly and transparently. The house is exactly what we were looking for, and we are very happy to count on the support of Sherrill and the Century 21 team.
