Very helpful and great team. Having not gone through this process before the team really made things as simple as possible and a smooth transition into the new place!

The team at Century 21 (Aimee, Bonnie and Brianna) were a pleasure to deal with. We are grateful to have secured a wonderful horse friendly rental with their support.

We have been very happy indeed with the experience of renting out our home via Century21 in Maroochydore. The team are professional, engaged, timely and communicative Aimee came round to assess the rental market value of the home and patiently answered unending questioning from unashamedly nervous home-owners and worked very hard during the marketing period to identify the best quality tenants. She proactively declined applications she thought had potential to be less than great and completed quality reference and finance checks on those she was happy to submit to us. Once we had a tenant and they had moved in smoothly, Sherill took over as Property Manager and again was "on it" immediately. All correspondence from Sherrill was clear, concise; we were never left waiting for a response. No doubt our experience was more than satisfactory by virtue of having really good quality tenants, but we are happy with and grateful to Century21 for finding them and guiding us through the whole process seamlessly.

Century 21 On Duporth - Maroochydore
We are so glad that Century 21 on Duporth are our property managers. When our tenants broke their lease early, we were advised immediately and they advertised for new tenants the same day. It takes all the worry out for us because they can ask the questions we can't: income, work status, references, personal details, etc. Alicia Roffey and Brianna Cotton notified us immediately of any developments and we will have no down time between tenants thanks to their professionalism. Century 21 have managed our property for 2 years now, and we highly recommend them to any landlords.
