When first we met Jess she impressed us by her professionalism and this was evident throughout the process of preparing and selling our home. She took time and listened to what we were hoping to achieve and then gave us sound advice (she is very ‘up to date’ and knowledgeable on a wide range of matters). She genuinely appreciated the property and encouraged us to present it well. She then committed to doing the selling, which was so much more than open houses. Throughout the process she was available and helpful to all parties. Her communication skills are such that she was able to effectively engage with all the different sets of people encountered in the sale process whether they were the vendors, prospective purchasers, or the actual purchasers.
