This is the second time we have engaged Harry and his team to sell a property for us. From the very first meeting, the approach taken by Harry was comprehensive and considered. This included in depth research on market value which underpinned expectations for sale. We were kept informed throughout the process and Harry and his team went above and beyond to assist us. This included organising a window cleaner at very short notice when our arranged cleaner cancelled at the last minute. We were involved in each step of the selling process including providing feedback into the marketing of the property. Harry and Phoebe accommodated multiple private inspections in the week before the open home, which gave us the best opportunity for a successful sale. The team were also flexible when the open home had to be extended due to the number of interested parties. After receiving 13 offers, Harry and Phoebe worked into the evening (on a Saturday) to close the best deal. Harry then arranged for the final contract to be signed on the Sunday, the next day. The property was on the market for less than a week, had four days of private inspections. 49 parties at open home and 13 offers. We secured an unconditional contract, which was very impressive given the low market currently being experienced.
