"I had a fantastic experience working with Harry Coomer at Peterswald for the sale of my property in Blackmans Bay. Harry's expertise, professionalism, and dedication truly made this process seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly, and his market knowledge was impressive. I highly recommend Harry Coomer and the Peterswald team for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Hobart area. Thank you, Harry, for a job well done!"

Phoebe has something to offer everyone. Friendly and very genuinely caring, but so well-balanced with maintaining a focus on the client's property goals and Peterswald's benchmarks for the sales process. She's sharp on the figures and what needs to be achieved for a good sales price in a short timeframe; yet it's important to her that the client feels comfortable and still in control throughout the process. She understands that the homeowner knows their property best, and she builds opportunities from there. I felt completely at ease with Phoebe's approach to marketing and selling my property and felt I could trust her completely. Kind and compassionate, clear and focused. Phoebe brings it all to the table and she delivers the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phoebe Nothling. An easy 5 stars.

We met Bryce while attending open homes in preparation for upgrading to a larger home. At the open home, Bryce was nothing but friendly, professional and welcoming. He stood out compared to other real estate agents with his follow-up communication to us. Bryce showed general interest in wanting to help us with the next steps in our home journey. We instantly decided to connect with Bryce and get advice on how he could assist us. He made the whole process so easy, reassuring us and providing us with professional advice. We were so impressed to come away with a successful contract after our first open home and are so happy with the results Bryce achieved for us. We would recommend Bryce to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy and hardworking Real Estate agent!

We couldn't recommend Bryce enough. As first home buyers we had a lot of questions, not just regarding the house but the entire process. He was always available and happy to help us throughout the entire home buying journey. Overall a very comfortable and positive experience.

We were very pleased with the results Bryce achieved. The manner in which he went about the task was efficient, business like and to our satisfaction. He is a young man with plenty of Industry knowledge and know how, he worked hard to achieve the best outcomes for us with fairness and respect for our buyer. We would highly recommend Bryce and the team at Peterswald to all our family and friends. We wish him all the very best in all his future endeavours.

Based on word of mouth I was very keen for Harry to be involved in the sale of my property and wow - he really lives up to expectations! An absolute professional, and ever so passionate and knowledgeable about his trade. Harry is an excellent communicator. He explains information clearly, and is also very good at listening and valuing the homeowner's input. At no point did I feel an outsider in the sales process, rather an integral member of a very polished team. And... aside from the professionalism, Harry is a gentle, caring person with a good sense of fun and a kind nature that instantly made me feel at ease. I could not recommend Harry Coomer more highly. Definitely 5 stars *****

Jess grew up in the area and still lives there. We had four different real estate agents come to assess our property. Her description of our property reflected her love and intimate knowledge of the area and the main reason we chose her as our realestate agent. Jess’s calm, friendly and helpful nature meant that nothing was ever too much for her. If I were to buy or sell another property in the future, there is no doubt I would approach her first.

Eunice's passion for her job is evident as she brings her expertise, flair and negotiating skills to a high level. We were kept informed every step of the way and Eunice always ensured we were happy with the service provided. Her presentation alone, shows she is professional and caring. Peterswald has found a gem in Eunice who will go above and beyond for each and every client.

Jeff Belbin is a very helpful and competent agent who handled our purchase with professionalism and understanding. Not being familiar with this sort of transaction, I would have found it more stressful without Jeff’s help and great communication. I would use Jeff again if I were to need the assistance of a real estate agent Ian Martin

We are repeat clients of Harry's. He always provides sound advice with his extensive market knowledge. The teams communication and professionalism is outstanding - from start to finish they make everything incredibly easy. Although our first two contracts fell through (due to finance approvals) Harry and the team kept working hard for the sale with the best outcome for us and the buyers always at the forefront. The marketing crew were also fabulous with preparing our home for sale. We wouldn't list with another agent and are always recommending Harry to our family and friends thinking about selling.

I was the purchaser in a transaction where Nick was acting for the vendor, so I was not his client. Nevertheless, Nick was unfailingly prompt, courteous, helpful and friendly in all my dealings with him. Also, the transaction was a rather complex one, with many 'moving parts' that had to be synchronized in order for everything to come together, and Nick put in the extra effort to ensure that this happened.
