Eunice did an excellent job in helping us with the sale of our property. Even though the market is a bit slow at the moment Eunice kept working hard to attract people to view the property. She kept us informed at all times with what was happening and talked us through the processes during and leading up to the sale. Even when she was away on holidays she still kept us informed with what was happening around open homes etc so we couldn’t fault her communication skills. When we first spoke to Harry about listing Dad's house we were like most sellers at the moment - we were very sure that our property was immune to the recent market fluctuation and would easily sell at the value we perceived from 18 months ago. Harry and his team created an outstanding marketing campaign and gave us some really great advice on presenting the property in it's best light. Despite Harry's honest and accurate advice he worked really hard to achieve our inflated expectations without complaint. After a few weeks Harry had that difficult conversation with us in an open, honest and very respectful manner that allowed us to align our expectation with the current market. During the Marketing Campaign, Harry took a well deserved break I worried that the house would not get any attention during his absence. My concerns were totally unfounded as Phoebe stepped into the breach and went to work on the leads that had been established and then closed the deal at a price that was not only fair to all parties but really did reflect the value of the asset in a challenging and fluctuating market.
