Harry is our go-to agent! We have now sold several properties through Harry and continue to use him due to his professionalism, knowledge of the market, honesty and hard work. Harry keeps us updated throughout the process so we are never left wondering about progress. We really can’t recommend Harry and his team more highly, it is not surprising he is ranked Hobart’s No. #1 agent!

We bought our new house through Harry, so we knew from then that we wanted to use him to sell our current home. His knowledge of the market was quite remarkable, we were guided and given a timeline which miraculously ran exactly as Harry predicted. We felt like we were in safe hands from day one and we are so grateful to have had Harry's expertise and guidance. The end result was very pleasing, with a great sale price and a sale within a very short time of 4 days! Thanks Harry!

We purchased a home which Phoebe was representing and she was so accommodating and helpful we knew we would like her to be the agent selling our own home. We’ve found Phoebe to be very respectful and courteous to both owners and prospective buyers. Phoebe promptly responded to any questions or concerns we had and has continued to provide exceptional service and advice. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience but Phoebe’s calm and supportive manner certainly made it easier. We wouldn’t hesitate to engage her again.

What can we say about Nick and his team? From the first phone call, Nick was what I'd describe as the ultimate pro. The care and consideration he took with selling our home, and the attention to detail left my partner and I blown away. Dealing with a complex sale, while helping us purchase another home at the same time, Nick truly made us feel like we were his only clients. To say he went above and beyond for us to get both our sale and our new purchase over the line would be an understatement. Always an absolute pleasure to deal with, Nick's knowledge of the market and family first approach could not have suited our situation any better. We'd absolutely recommend Nick and his team to anybody, and if we enter are ever back in the market, he will be the first phone call we make.

Jess is an excellent communicator and we found that we were well informed with updates along the way. She had good knowledge of the property and also seemed to have great working relationship with her vendors. This led us to request that she act as our agent when it was our turn to sell!
Jess Hansen
