Phoebe is such a delightful bright bubbly respectful and dedicated kind young person and has been a wonderful focuser in helping me navigate through this journey. She has pulled out all the stop to keep the marketing going together with being very respectful of my personal needs and requirements.

After meeting with a few different agents to discuss the sale of our home, Jeff was a stand out choice. Not only was he the most well researched agent in terms of the property market but he presented the information in a way that was easy to understand which gave me a lot of confidence during a very uncertain time. His expert knowledge and professional approach never overshadowed his friendly customer focussed demeanour. I felt as though I was in safe hands through every step of the process and have already recommended Jeff to others as I have never met an agent as committed to providing such exemplary service from the first meeting right through to the settlement.

Right from when we met Jeff came across as knowledgeable in his field and a good listener

We had had our house listed with another realtor for 7 months before Bryce, we had been with Bryce just over a month when he sold our house. His communication was great! As was his friendliness. Have and will speak highly of Bryce.

During the buying process, Phoebe was most conscientious keeping us informed of developments. We found Phoebe to be professional, courteous and enthusiastic in her approach. Post settlement Phoebe has contacted us to see how we are settling in - an unexpected but nice touch. We would be happy to recommend Phoebe.

Bryce has been an absolute legend! He has been a 'real' human being through out the process of buying our first property. We were warned by family and friends that Realestate agents can be "in it for them selfs" and "manipulative" But Bryce was the complete opposite. He was a genuine human being, professional and friendly and he had the best interests for the vendor and our selfs through out the whole process. He really went for win win for all parties. He was more than helpful when we needed him, or when we needed to see the property. We couldn't recommend Bryce enough as a realestate agent for selling or buying a property.

We chose Harry after he successfully sold our daughter’s home. Once again he exceeded our expectations with communication, availability and a clear description of the process and what to expect. Our family home sold in five days which was a wonderful result. Thank you Harry for helping us towards the next part of our journey. The knowledge and understanding of you and your team helped to simplify what was a confronting process. We would highly recommend Harry!

Had Bryce value my property and list it for sale. His service and communication is second to none and I would be happy to have him list another property for me! He achieved an excellent outcome for me.

Bryce was punctual, well mannered, & perfectly ethical, in dealing with my, & other prospective buyers' offers for this property. He had appropriate knowledge of the property, & did not attempt to dodge, or gloss over my queries.

We recently had the pleasure of selling our property through Harry and his team. From start to finish, Harry demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for us. Throughout the entire sales process, Harry (and Phoebe, while Harry was away) maintained excellent communication, ensuring that we were well-informed and involved at every step. They promptly responded to all our queries, provided regular updates on viewings and potential buyers, and offered thoughtful advice on adjusting our approach when necessary. Their honest, transparent and open communication style made us feel confident and reassured throughout the selling journey. Thank you for making the sale of our property as easy as possible and helping us achieve a great result!
