This was the best experience my wife and I have had over the past ten years plus. Phoebe has gone above and beyond what any agent has done to assist us as purchasers for which she was obviously not getting any financial reward. We have bought and sold a number of properties both on the mainland and also now in Hobart. While Phoebe was acting for the vendor she went well beyond the norm to assist us in the purchase and post purchase stage. There was complete transparency regarding the various stages of making and having our offer accepted. This helped us to make a fully informed decision about what we were undertaking. Apart from that Phoebe was equally helpful after the purchase in terms of some things that we needed help with. This comment also goes for her colleague who was most helpful when Phoebe was caught up otherwise.
