As a experienced real estate agent and the vendor or this property I knew it was an unusual property in both its design and price range. It was likely that there would be a limited number of genuine buyers and it would be up to Kingsley to identify the genuine buyers and hopefully negotiate a sale This proved correct and on Auction day there was only one genuinely interested party .Kingsley did an excellent job working with the one buyer to help them raise their expectations on what the property was worth and what they would need to offer to secure it . He managed to do this and both the purchaser and vendor went home that day pleased with the outcome . I would recommend Kingsley to other property owners as a genuine agent who knows his business and goes about selling in a professional and ethical way
