From the first phone call and initial inspection of the property, Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property, and very responsive in terms of following up on any questions needing vendor input. Ably assisted by Carly during the process, there was a very efficient turnaround of emails when questions were asked or documentation was required. In the lead-up to the auction Mike worked successfully with the vendor to bridge any pre-auction obstacles and managed to negotiate an outcome which was acceptable to both parties, and instrumental in ensuring I could bid and then successfully purchase the property. Post auction, Mike was very proactive in contacting me, and again Carly was very efficient and helpful in providing whatever information / documentation was required.
