The Good Communication is second to none - very responsive and honest at all hours, when he no-doubt had far more profitable properties on sale. Very honest in his candid approach, while managing vendor and buyer expectations. The Bad We paid more than our max limit when there was very little market interest. Frustrating for us but good for the vendor.
