We have come to know Jesse quite well over the past few months as we have searched for an investment property. We have always found him friendly, knowledgeable and keen to understand our requirements. Jesse has always been willing to find time to show us a property, and to hear our thoughts. When the Stuart St. property came up, Jesse was quick to contact us personally, knowing that it was very much what we were after. When it came to making an offer, there were several other interested parties who were also chasing the property. Jesse outlined the procedure to be followed clearly and patiently and then gave all parties time to consider their options and make their offers. We certainly didn't feel pressured and appreciated his professional approach. Having seen Jesse in action from the perspective of a buyer, we can see that his honesty, knowledge, good humour and willingness to make that personal connection are very much what we would look for when selling a property as well.
