When I was concerned about noise he very helpfully offered to show me the property at a time of my choosing. It was not hard to do, given that he lives in the building, but it was still nice! Also, my buyers agent commented on what a tough negotiator Jesse was - evidently he goes all-out for his clients. Well done to him!

I recently purchased an apartment with Jesse Chester. I had seen the unit and liked it but due to our situation and the price guide, I had not intended to buy it; however, Jesse followed me up several times and kept me in the loop when the price guide was adjusted and further times when the vendor's expectations changed. Much to my surprise, we bought the unit. Had it not been for the diligence of Jesse, the sale would not have happened. He was not pushy - I found him measured and very professional, but extremely persistent. I would recommend him to future vendors without question.
