When I was concerned about noise he very helpfully offered to show me the property at a time of my choosing. It was not hard to do, given that he lives in the building, but it was still nice! Also, my buyers agent commented on what a tough negotiator Jesse was - evidently he goes all-out for his clients. Well done to him!
