Tim was friendly from the first day at the open, not pushy, answered questions easily and what he didn't know he followed up on. Negotiated another viewing with the owner, touched base with us without pressure. Followed up on a couple of things with the owner for us. From the open to the purchase he was a gentleman, friendly, we felt as important as the seller, he was accommodating re times to revisit, sign up and working with our conveyancer. At no time during the process of buying the property did we feel hassled, pressured or unimportant. We feel that Tim showed integrity, knowledge of the real estate market and that we were treated honestly.

Tim was very professional and communication was always extremely prompt. As a buyer with others interested in the property, we found Tim to be very fair in privacy and negotiations between all parties involved. I'm sure the seller would be very happy with having received offers after only 1 inspection, this would be due to being marketed and priced well (and a great property of course!).
