The advert for my property listed both town and rural water was available, when in fact it was not. When asked if both water supplies were connected I was informed that town water was and rural water was available for connection if wanted. The advert clearly said is was already connected. upon purchase of the property I was informed by the water Authority that I could not connect to the rural water supply and never would be able to connect. Robert and the Advertising campaign clearly mislead my wife and I and now we are paying for it.
