We didn't seek any other appraisals (see question above that required a response...I put '1' because it didn't have a 'zero' option!!). We saw Martine had sold a similar unit in our complex, and knew she would be better than the agent we bought it from! Very happy with the sale price, and how Martine dealt with everyone. I will say, in terms of communication, having Jamie Bradford (EA) was very good as well, as if I needed anything but didn't want to be a pain in the *** to Martine (not that she'd mind, I know), we had Jamie we could send communication through. And he was great at sending us regular updates and reminders. I've never experienced that kind of service in all the houses I've bought/sold and it was much appreciated.
