this was not a typical sale process as i was a tenant in this subject property for over 12 years and was trying to buy the apartment for several years and checking with Joan Gebbie to ask if owner would sell, eventually the time came where seller owner agreed to sell and here we are ! Joan assisted with contacting the owners each time I asked her to . she did her job as expected
