Michelle has TOTALLY restored our trust in Real estate agents! The whole process has been made so much easier having Michelle as our agent. Michelle came equipped with market trends specific for to our area, always answered any questions we had quickly. From first meet Michelle we felt extremely comfortable with her and very quickly decided she was the agent for us, she has an incredibly warm presence and brings trustworthy vibes, not once did we feel any concerns for potential grey areas.

Vanessa was honest, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Vanessa's involvement went a long way towards us making the purchase. An excellent agent and that says mountains as normally I don't like estate agents so to impress me meant she is very good at her job, and an all round lovely human, massive thanks Vanessa

Noelene and her staff were very professional, friendly and efficient in responding to our queries and issues. Excellent communications between Buyer and Seller throughout the process. Special thanks to Tammy for her assistance while we had limited access to mobile phone coverage.

Vanessa was exceptional! She was knowledgeable about Madora Bay, had a strong understanding of the current market and was able to provide us with answers to any of the questions we had about the property. She made the whole buying process stress free, nothing we asked for was an issue and her positive, friendly approach and attitude is a real point of difference from other real estate agents we had dealt with in the past. The personal touches Vanessa made through the process demonstrated that not only is she professional but she also really cares about her clients. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

Sam did a phenomenal job with walking me through the process of purchasing. How the offering system worked, and being extremely professional and prompt in answering my queries in regards to purchasing a property. As this was my first time purchasing a property. 10/10 later down the track if Sam is still working as a real estate agent. I will be trying to purchase through her, our next property!
