I chose to interview Aaron because he had always been punctual when I had reached out to him in the past and because he had a good listing numbers history. Other agents hadn't demonstrated this administration follow through. The reason I chose Aaron over three other face to face interviews was because I believed his selling strategy was superior. I also felt he was willing to accurately value the property in a realistic yet optimistic manner given the rising property market. I was concerned other agents were unnecessarily low balling their valuations in order to be risk adverse and this would subsequently impact the total selling price. Aaron quoted the highest expected value and was willing to start the offers over strategy at the highest price. The use of the Open Offers system strategy worked well. I would utilise it again in this market. Aaron organised 5 open homes in the first week along with video walk throughs. I can't fault the effort put in, this is important considering anyone could sell a house in this market. Doing the hard work and not looking for a quick sale. Also I was pleasantly surprised by the legal and procedural knowledge Aaron had to ensure that the deal got done legally. I felt that this side of things was very strategically managed. I was also very happy with the online advertising especially the description. I felt it stated the features of the house well without turning into a creative writing exercise. Also Aaron was willing to take the listing knowing I had a cash offer close to the quoted valuation. I like people who are willing to take a risk. Would I use Aaron again? The results and experience speak for themselves. I got a crazy good price.

I cannot yell the praises loud enough for Michelle Miles. Thru the entire process of purchasing our house, she was helpful, informative and professional. She understood and answered all our questions, easily contactable, kept us informed on all the proceedings and what our options were. There were a few hiccups due to our side of the deal and she communicated with the owner and us over that time to keep everyone stress free... which allowed us to continue on the journey. It worked out in the end! She knows her stuff!! So good in fact we got her to sell another property of ours, which sold in a week of listing.
