From the beginning when I first met Michelle for an Appraisal of my property, to the moment Settlement was completed, Michelle went above and beyond in all circumstances, with her lovely friendly personality, thoughtful and understanding manner, every time I dealt with her. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone that is looking at selling their property and wants the best real estate agent in Mandurah, and even beyond Mandurah, as she will accomodate for anyone. Michelles prompt attitude and communication was never a fault, with every question or issue I had. Michelle doesn't put any pressure on you or be in your face like most Agents, she always acted professional, was honest (which being a seller, we need that trust in a person) and sold my house in record times of 4 days - Exceptional !!!! I couldn't have asked for a better person than Tina to help me on my journey of finding a home. The process at times was a little overwhelming not having gone through it before, so it was all quite exciting but scary at the same time.
