I would highly recommend Noeline. She has just been absolutely fantastic. Everything was just spot on and she sold my property in Parklands within 11 days on the market. Could not have worked out better. Noeline kept me informed of every step and her advice was great. And I am very happy with the outcome. Thanks Noeline.

I did not meet Noeline personally, but she phoned us to tell us we were successful in the purchase of our property. All our dealings were with her assistant Emma, who was there for the viewing, signed us up, contacted us several times, and was there to make sure everything worked. We were very impressed with Emma who was very helpful, professional and made the the process of buying the property very easy. Thank you Emma. You have been well trained by Noeline to be thoughtful, courteous and knowledgeable in the process of selling real estate.

Miles mapped out the process he was going to market our house up front, he stuck to the program and kept us informed all the way through. His knowledge of the area (which is second to none) allowed him to analyze the market initially and also as it changed which allowed him to keep us in the forefront of sales and adjust to the changes for the best results. A good experience from a very nice and very professional guy, we would not hesitate to use Miles again.

Appreciated the good communication and feedback from the experienced team at Acton. Very professional, always followed up on their action list and were proactive with their advice. The Acton "team" approach when dealing with our property was re-assuring and productive. Overall a very good experience.
