We have sold a couple of houses with Tina, she doesn't under value the property for a quick sale or over value the property to get the listing, she provides a realistic price based on her knowledge of the area and market , our last house listed with her sold quicker then we expected at a price that we were very happy with. Tina kept us updated throughout the process with what was going on and was always contactable if we required any information. She was always courteous and professional and was never pushy.

We have sold homes before and one thing that I found annoying is no feedback after home opens. Always had to chase up the agent to find out what the result of the day was.
