Scott immediately gave the impression that he understood our time constraints, did extra legwork on the front end (reading through our contract without prompt) and loved the property we were selling as much as we do. He also treated our existing tenant with kindness and respect, which we really appreciated. The strategy was different than other agents’ suggestions but really paid off. We would recommend Scott any day of the week.

His presentation to sell our property was of the highest quality and far overshadowed other Agents. Chris is great and what he does and knows the areas he services well. He proposed an End of Date sale for our townhouse due to its unique qualities. The campaign was shorter than im used to but gave us multiple offers after the first weekend. Given some of the offers were around the price expectations we had I was ready to sell but Chris knew that other potential buyers he had spoken to were interested and had good budgets. We trusted the process and ended up getting us 30% over what we were expecting. We were thrilled. Chris also has a great team who keep you undated and are very responsive to any queries. Have used Chris twice now and would definitely engage him again if I had further property to sell in his areas.
