House inspection was scheduled on time. Property manager was very pleasant. Received confirmation for rental just after Xmas holidays. Received keys mid January and met rental staff whom were all very nice and pleasant. I thank them for giving me a 6mth trial hopefully it gets extended for longer.

Recently our long term tenant vacated our property (right before Christmas) and the team at Acton Rockingham managed this very well for us. Our property was advertised and new tenant found in less than a month! We have always found everyone in their team to be helpful, courteous, professional and easy to work with.
