I have rented houses an off times and was treated as if a was a second class citizen. This was not the case with Rockingham Acton Belle, they treated me like a person and dealing with them during the lease has been outstanding. First class service for all the staff. I find Melinda at Acton Belle a great realesate agent who looks after your property and who cares about what you want. I had bad experience with a realestate agency such as Choice realty who did not look after my property and left a big mess for me to fix when the lease was up from tenants, and I ended the contract with said agency. If it is agency, you want that looks after and cares about your property without you worrying about your house, then I would go for Acton Belle who answers your questions and keeps you updated on your property.

Very Proffessional while still being personal. If you want to be able to speak to your property managers then Acton belle Rockingham are excellent. Kept me informed all the way and got me a suitble tenant within a week by speking to prospective tenants and matching them with properties not just waiting for tenants to apply online.
