I could not be more happier with the level of service which I have received from Melanie Clerkin with the management of my Rental Property. I work away and I am not easy to get a hold of at times and I am sure this could be frustrating, to Melanie's credit she is always very patient and friendly and professional. Recently the house become vacant and the house needed repairs and some TLC, Melanie sorted it all out for me with Quotes, organised times for work to be completed, photos of before and after and most pleasing getting it Rented for me in a sort turn around.
