We sold our apartment with Lee and the team at Acton Belle. Lee achieved an excellent sale price, far higher than we hoped for, in a very short period of time. The settlement conditions were a bit tricky as we had a current tenant but Lee negotiated a longer settlement period to accommodate all of us and he and Paige helped us through all the hurdles and kept us informed and comfortable during that time period. We would recommend him to any prospective seller and I'm sure the purchaser would also have been happy with the service and communication.
