Shaun was super responsive and friendly from the start. I spoke to over 20 real estate agents over the past 2 months while looking to purchase a property, and most of them would ignore my phone calls as they were overwhelmed in such a hot Perth market. Despite Shaun dealing with 100s of enquiries a day, he still made time to call me and answer any questions or concerns I had in a very timely manner.

As a buyer, Shaun was incredible to work with. He was super responsive and transparent from the start, unlike 90% of the other real estate agents in the area. We had some minor issues with the property, but he was able to get it all fixed in no time prior to settlement. If I were ever to sell a property around Rockingham region, Shaun would be the first person I would call.

The process was smooth thanks to Steve even when settlement fell while I was overseas.
