Shaun did everything you would expect a good agent to do. After signing up, it took us quite a while to be ready to go live with the listing. He was very patient and understand ing during this time. Once listed, he had regular open home days and private viewings, keeping us well informed all the way. He was always contactable and worked hard in our best interests. Before I placed my property on the market, I did my research to find out what real estate had the highest sales in my area. During this research I found that Shaun had the highest number of sales in my area and properties were under offer in a matter of days. Shaun gave me good insight on what maintenance and cleaning to focus on to ensure the highest sale price. I completed these suggestions, and more and had a very impressive return in my sale price. Shaun has an extensive buyer and investor portfolio, and my property was under offer in less than 48hrs, my property did not even go to a home open. The sale of the home was seamless, and communication was open and transparent the entire process. If I am ever in the market to sell or purchase another property, I will be contacting Shaun to represent me.
