I purposefully contacted a few agents at 8pm on a Friday evening to see who would write back as I didn’t want potential customers left hanging if they enquired at a strange time. Shaun got back in touch within 20min. We met and he was extremely professional and came across as confident and knowledgeable. Shaun got us 3 offers after just 1 home open. He guided us through the selling process and kept us informed frequently as we had moved towns. Upon reflection while it appeared helpful the agent opened all the doors and turned on the lights etc, it hid a few issues with light switches and door not locking that should have been identified at the time. My mistake I know but it took the shine off the experience.
