I had to travel overseas to visit a sick relative and left the sale of the property entirely in the hands of the Real Estate and settlement agent. Acton organised inspections, liaised with subcontractors, communicated with the vendor and myself to ensure the settlement went through a month for anticipated date. I cannot recommend them highly enough
