Although somewhat skeptical at first of what Sean's expectations where for the potential sale price of our property, especially given previous estimates from other run of the mill estate agents whom insisted they "apparently knew the area" and at the time of listing there where at least 5 other properties in the immediate vicinity all with similar block sizes and attributes, we where under no disillusions as to the realistic market range potential was and what we where to expect...........or so we thought! Sean's professionalism, vendor dedication, knowledge, attention to detail and true passion for what he does throughout the entire process has exceeded our expectations and has now completely redefined what true quality of service should be expected from a reputable real estate agent. We can not thank Sean and the Acton team enough, you kept us engaged throughout the entire process, we put our faith in your hands and as per your words, you came through on the auction night, from listing to sale, the total amount of time the property was on on the market for was only 10 days, and the final sale price was almost $100k beyond what we'd anticipated and has now (from all reports) apparently set a bench mark for the suburb. Anyone considering placing their home on the market should talk to the Acton team first, we sure glad we did and it's a decision we don't regret.
