Shaun, the agent, from the very beginning demonstrated an excellent understanding of the market and the best strategies for the best outcome. We had challenging circumstances, which Shaun navigated whilst maintaining his professionalism as well as being very respectful and compassionate. As issues arose he dealt with them efficiently with a great outcome for us. I have brought and sold close to 30 homes over the years and can categorically state he has been the best agent I have dealt with. I would not hesitate to use him again and would recommend him. Finally his communication throughout was excellent he kept us informed at every stage.

Great communication Always got back to me to answer any questions. I always felt part of the process. Nothing too much trouble for Lee and the team. Lee got me a great price. Understood the house was unique and loves the area. Winning combination. Sold the house for the people who bought mine. Lee and Paige work hard to make it all happen. He is the best and that’s why he gets the results.
I was skeptical at first as you know how real estate agents usually are…they are a type; but Shaun is not like that, he is amazing. Super busy but always there to problem solve or for advice and he doesn’t make you feel like a burden. He treats you like a person and not just another house that needs to be sold. He has a really great manner and we thoroughly enjoyed working with Shaun.

Very average
Firstly signed on to having Shaun as our agent as he appeared very professional, calm and seemed to know about the market with his own experiences also. Some things that influenced my ratings were things id expect from an agent like to be on the ball with arriving early and not forgetting viewing times, communicating that a viewing had finished and it was ok to return but it wasnt consistent.we were advised not to negotiate price with the buyer first while they discussed with their broker, I wish we had as they then were offended when we did try to negotiate and could have almost lost that buyer.We recieved what was expected in the end to move on and the timing of the sale wasn't too long.

Excellent Agent experience
Shaun did an outstanding job selling our property. He read the market perfectly, set up a highly professional campaign, which attracted almost a dozen parties at the first open inspection. We had multiple offers, the winning offer was well over what we expected. Basically sold in 3 days. Communication with Shaun was always polite, professional and friendly. I have worked before with agents, and I would have to say this was the most seamless, easy and rewarding. I’d highly recommend Shaun.

It was a delight and real blessing having Shaun sell my property He showed intelligence and knowledge of real estate law was clearly spoken Shaun was extremely enthusiastic, with frequent Home Opens and even additional private viewings if requested. He was then regularly in contact with me, commenting on the response to the viewing, finally having several unconditional offers above amount requested, being helpful right thru to settlement An incredible effort by a man with very high principles.
