Bev is an outstanding real estate agent. Highly professional, to the point, knows the market and the best type of buyer to go for. We particularly appreciated her candid nature, proactive attitude, wealth of experience and helpfulness in every regard. She got our house on the market at 2 days’ notice and ran all the home opens while we were on holiday (saving us lots of hours in cleaning and tidying-up after little kids). The offers that came in were great and the whole thing over by the time we came back. She also organised for the lawn to be mowed off her own bat to make sure our house was presented at its best.
