Shiva and Erryn were extremely helpful in assisting us to purchase the property. From the initial contact until now Shiva has been of immense assistance and provided excellent advice and support. We were so grateful that we were able to move in before settlement as it avoided us having to go to move to temporary accomodaton having sold and settled our hone. We would gladly recommend Shiva and Erryn as very capable and competent professionals in this field. Thank you Doug & glenda

Erynne was fantastic to work with from our very first interaction to handing over our home. From her enthusiasm to get the best result to really listening to our goal and helping us achieve this. She has a solid understanding of the market, and influences, which sales strategy and approach would best suit our property and walked us through what we needed to do. She made what is a stressful and anxious process seamless. Erynne is extremely professional, and it is obvious she loves what she does as this comes across in her interactions, warmth and dedication. It is her attention to detail and the 100 small things she does that makes Erynne a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend Erynne and have raved to our friends and collogues about her! Warmest regards Lenni and Adam Duffield x
