Bev and her husband Grant sold our apartment in a very difficult and slow market. It took a while but neither Bev nor Grant ever lost their enthusiasm or determination and personally attended every home open. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Bev's knowledge of the area and communication is very good. We found her pleasant to deal with and she was very accommodating with our requests.

Once again Bev a very big thank you from us for your hard work and enthusiasm!!! Your work ethic is second to none and we appreciate all the after hours time spent negotiating. Your ability to act fairly on behalf of both the buyer and seller is a reflection of your skill set and we feel trusting of the advice we received. We've had a working relationship spanning 13 years and really look forward to many more transactions together. Thanks again xx

We can’t recommend Andrew highly enough. nothing was too difficult, his eye for detail in presentation, photography and ideas when selling was a breath of fresh air in the real estate world of Perth, particularly the Western Suburbs...His team is dedicated to friendly, efficient and very professional service, guiding us through the somewhat overwhelming journey of selling and buying not just a house, but a home. It has been a fun, stress free, life changing experience. Thank you Andrew.

Most realtors are naturally engaging - it's part of being a good salesperson - but many lack genuine sincerity. Bev on the other hand is someone who I immediately felt I could trust and would value her opinion. She does a thorough job - very well researched on all her properties, she has great negotiating skills, and unlike many in the business when they're doing well, Bev responds immediately to all messages and calls. Bev is right up there with the very best.

I am very grateful for the help, support and direction that Bev gave us during the sale of our home. Bev was always contactable and saw to it personally that she went above and beyond to assist us with the preparation and sale of our home. Would definitely recommend her to others as she obviously loves what she does, understands people and is impeccably professional

We had rented out our property for 4 years, with 1 failed attempt at selling. Erynne was able to sense the market, set the right pricing structure and advise on property staging to gain the our target price. Managing leads and buyers expectations effectively, Erynne brought us 3 offers by the second weekend. Beyond that, she also assisted us with finding our next property, working within her team at Acton. We are very happy about our experience with Erynne and the team at Acton. Thank you

We got caught between the Federal Election & economic conditions .Still we had used Bev , on two previous sales & had faith in her ability to find a Buyer . The Sale was long winded but we stuck by her & she to Us over a long Campaign , we have been impressed by her unwavering Comitment & Tenacious ability to Deliver !! Cheers mike & Eleni Finn Kakulas

We are based overseas so it was crucial for us to get the right agent. Bev not only delivered but went above and beyond to close the deal and also on the run up to completion where we dealt with difficult buyers. She always kept us updated has a positive, proactive and reassuring can-do attitude. Highly recommended

An incredible -- and unenviable -- journey for both agent and client that culminated in a successful cash sale. Bev is not only a competent and professional agent but also an empathetic person. She worked hard for the result on a difficult market. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Bev went above and beyond the duties of a real estate agent to help us in the purchase of our new home. Her knowledge of the market was outstanding and she was able to show us a wide range of properties and suggested others we may not have considered. She has a highly professional attitude but remains friendly and relaxed despite the high pressure job she does. Her support staff are also very professional and accommodating. We were always kept up to date with the progress of the purchase and nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend Bev highly enough.
