Bev Heyman exceeded all my expectations. She worked tirelessly until my property was sold and regularly gave me updates. As I live interstate, she looked after everything - advertising, cleaning, furnishing - you name it! She also ensured that all maintenance items in the property were fixed. As such, I believe she has a very high duty of care towards the buyer. Thank you Bev for your outstanding service!

Bev recently sold our apartment and facilitated in the purchase of our new town house. In both the selling and buying we found Bev professional and easy to deal with. Her knowledge was impressive, her predictions were accurate and she did not make extravagant and unattainable promises. I would gladly deal with her again and would be very comfortable recommending her services.

Bev and the team did a fantastic job in presenting the house and property for sale in a very, very tough market. Their knowledge of the market and professionalism stood out. As vendors we were very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to call on Acton again

the first beautiful apartment shown ticked all the boxes I had requested, but in the end the surrounding facilities not quite enough. Andrew ensured I would make the neccessary profit between selling & buying, and I am now comfortably settled .

Bev handled the challenging sale of our apartment in Fremantle with professionalism and got a fantastic result for us. The property was only on the difficult apartment market about 3 weeks and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I would not hesitate to use Bev again should we have the need.

Andrew worked very hard for our sale. He was attentive at all times and communicated very well keeping us informed at all times with the state of play. He was businesslike in estimating the value of the house and in arranging the budget for selling expenses and made efforts to get us a good deal on advertising the sale. His auction-day efforts were beyond expectations. Many thanks to Andrew who we found a very personable and helpful agent.
