I cannot speak more highly of Paul and his team. I bought my first property from Paul many years ago and just bought another from him very recently. Paul is genuine and upfront. He tells it like it is and I have only ever had positive experiences in everything he has ever helped me with. Paul will go that extra mile for you and is one of the best agents I have ever dealt with. Thank you Paul for taking such good care of us.

I found Carlos to have exceptional local knowledge in the Bayswater, Mount Lawley, Inglewood, Bedford area. Carlos and his asssitants communicated clearly and promptly. He put great effort into acting in the best interest of his sellers throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend if looking to sell in the above mentioned suburbs.

Carlos and his PA Chloe went above and beyond all expectations. Carlos got us a good price in a difficult market and the after sales service they provided when we were having a tough time was unbelievable. I cant recommend them highly enough. It was so nice to be dealing with some of the GOOD people in this world. Thanks so much and we hope to stay in touch and a regular drink would be great.

Carlos and his team, were great. Carlos is very knowledgable on the housing market and very easy to get on with. The whole stress of selling our house was taken away from us, all went smoothly and we got a very good price in a down market, our house never got to open home. We would definitely recommend Carlos at Acton Mount Lawley .

Excellent in keeping you informed every step of the way and aims to extract every dollar possible from the sale of your property. A good knowledge of the market with realistic expectations on what you can sell your property for - no BS on telling you a high price you won't achieve and not too low to get an easy sale and quick commission. A very personable guy working hard for your sale.
