We met Carlos at our very first WA open after moving from interstate. He knew we had been looking for nearly 6 months in the area and when the Property we have purchased came on the market we would be very keen. We attended the 1st open at 11.30 that Saturday and by 5pm that afternoon we had a contract to purchase thanks to some speedy negotiations. Knowing we were less than 1 week form travelling overseas and the Xmas period things had to move fast and happen over the holiday period. Carlos's and his wonderful team made it happen.
