My sister and I engaged Shaun to sell our parent’s house in Cooloongup in January 2020. Shaun was able to make suggestions for the presentation of their property, as it was vacant and recommend a professional cleaner, who did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. After only 3 home opens and many private viewings, of which Shaun attended to promptly, we were able to secure a subject sale. All paperwork was easily done, through emails and Docusign system, as both myself and my sister did not live close by.
