We first put our house for sale on the market in January 2015 with a different sales rep but with the same company, Acton in Rockingham. The house was valued above the average price range being two story, and after several home opens it was evident the market had slumped. Lee took over as our rep and continued with home opens and following up several leads . He kept us well informed of any progress by email, phone and in person. The market continued the decline but through persistance Lee was able to negociate a sale acceptable to us. Thank you Lee for a job well done considering the current market. Lynton and Betsy

Quite frankly, I hope his PA got the commission. She did 95% of the work, the communication and as far as I can see, the negotiation. Lee was basically only around for the paperwork aspects.
