We decided to use Brendan, and were very reluctant to even sell thru a real estate after a horrible experience a few years back. From start to finish we had constant communication and were made to feel at ease. In such an unpredictable market we were reassured we would reach our required outcome, and that we did. Career went above and beyond our expectations with our sale and our experience with Brendan himself. Thanks again Creer.

I first encountered Brendan and his team at Creer as a purchaser of my first home more than 12 years ago. I can not speak highly enough of him & the staff at Creer, so much so that I have used Brendan to handle the selling my last two properties. I count myself extremely lucky I have been able to work with Brendan again for my most recent purchase. As always, his honesty and professionalisim have made the whole process seemless. If you are buying or selling you can not go past the team at Creer Charlestown!

Brendan read the market well ( Covid Crisis ) and our timing into the market was right where government assistances was on offer and freshly put to the people. We found Brendan had decades of experience who was "listening" to what we as vendors wanted and at the same time "listening" to every potential purchaser. At all times Brendan conducted himself professionally towards ourselves and the purchaser to try to achieve the best offer for all parties concerned. His supporting sales team members was efficient and actioned all things necessary in a very timely manner. Congratulations Brendan and your Sales support team.
