We recently purchased in investment property through Creer Real Estate, and were very happy with the professionalism and knowledge displayed by Brendan. The "no pressure" approach and Brendan's friendly manner were greatly appreciated by us both as well as his ability to confidently and accurately answer the many questions we put forward about the property.

Brendan Walsh from Creer Property was our selling agent for our investment property in Charlestown. As we live 700 kilometres away we found Brendan very professional with the sale and kept us updated during the 8 days it took to sell. We would not hesitate to recommend Brendan as a selling agent.

We had the pleasure of meeting Brendan who was acting as the agent for a house we were interested in buying. This journey has been carried out through the COVID restrictions, which alone set about many challenges. Our interactions with Brendan were over a number of weeks and we cannot speak highly enough of the respect he showed us as potential buyers, never belittling our many questions, the honesty of his advice, his knowledge of the market and the help he gave us in acquiring a successful acceptance of an offer. The vendors should feel proud of their choice of agent and the entegrity and knowledge he displayed throughout their sale campaign. These were difficult times to sell. Brendan was a true gentleman and a man of his word. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to potential clients and are very grateful to him for making this difficult journey easier.
