Excellent market knowledge, straightforward in his approach to the sale. Honest and direct information about the sale process. Brendan doesn’t overplay it to “get” a listing, he just focuses on getting the best buyer.

He kept me informed and updated throughout the process, and made himself available at any time when I had questions of my own. Brendan is extremely knowledgeable which ultimately resulted in a smooth, easy transaction that exceeded my expectations with regards to the sale price. I highly recommend Brendan as an agent.

Brendan and his team are incredibly thorough and professional. He did so much more for us than we could ever expect. He is always on top of things and kept us informed at every step of the way! Every inspection, every encounter he had with potential buyers- he would relay this information and keep in close consultation. He was flexible, generous with support and sincerity, at a very stressful and emotional time. Whilst being a loyal, kind and approachable agent, his professionalism over the 16 year relationship we have built with him when we have purchased and sold several properties is commendable. There’s never any question for us who to take on for selling our home! Our property sale price far exceeded our expectations! Incredibly happy results for us!

Brendan came highly recommended. We were not disappointed. He is a very ethical and reliable young man who obviously knows the market. We appreciated that he patiently listened to us and took note of our desires and concerns. We felt extremely confident leaving our home in his capable hands whenever there was a booked viewing. In all, we found Brendan to be honest, reliable and ethical in his approach to selling our home. Lynne and John Ward

Creer Property has done a great job managing our rental properties for some years now, so my wife and I had no hesitation engaging them when we decided to sell our villa unit. Brendan Walsh from Creer contacted us in regard to the sale, and we found him to be a very friendly, accommodating and professional sales agent who had a depth of experience that made the process of selling our unit exceptionally easy. During the process Bredan kept us well informed about buyer numbers and interest and eventually secured a price that was in excess of expectation in a timely fashion. We highly recommend Brendan Walsh for anyone wishing to place a property on the sales market, and Creer Property Management for those wishing to place a property on the rental market. The Creer Team have given my and me outstanding service in both areas over many years.
